Welcome to 'The World', a .hack RPG for IRC. The game is simple, you play as a character you create in a world based on the MMORPG in .hack. You can do anything that could be done in 'The World' in the anime.
To join you will need an IRC client like mIRC or go to one of the many javaclass IRC clients around the net.

Once you join the main room you need to establish a character by contacting an OP.
You need to describe your character and pick a class, keep in mind this RP is anime-based. All new players must check the How to Play and Rules sections first.
Soon there will be maps of the Root Towns, but not for a bit.
